I just wanted to write to thank you and all your team for your kindness, care and support following our recent bereavement.  Your colleagues who collected Mum’s body on the night of her death treated us so gently, and the team led by Kevin, who conducted her funeral on Wednesday treated us with such sensitivity, I was absolutely overwhelmed.  The funeral and burial were absolutely beautiful, and I know it was just what she would have wanted.

In addition, you have gone out of your way to be supportive and caring, despite all my twists and turns, which I have appreciated so much.  Between you all, you have made the whole process so seamless and easy.
