Please join us for our annual Service of Remembrance where we come together to remember those who have died.
All are welcome regardless of how long ago the bereavement or which funeral director was used.
There will be memory tags which you can write a message on and then hang upon the memorial tree as well as candles that can be lit in memory of your loved one.
Following the service there will be festive refreshments for all to enjoy.
