Exceptional care when you need it most

I just wanted to write to thank you and all your team for your kindness, care and support following our recent bereavement.  Your colleagues who collected Mum’s body on the night of her death treated us so gently, and the team led by Kevin, who conducted her funeral on Wednesday treated us with such sensitivity, I was absolutely overwhelmed.  The funeral and burial were absolutely beautiful, and I know it was just what she would have wanted. In addition, you have gone out of your way to be supportive and caring, despite all my twists and turns, which I have appreciated so much.  Between you all, you have made the whole process so seamless and easy.

Rosedale was recommended to me by a friend and the service they provided was highly personal and exemplary. From the first telephone call to my last contact with them, I have nothing but praise. They made the whole process comfortable and handled everything in a personable and sensitive way. The information provided and options available were clear and accurate. Arrangements were open to adjustment at every stage, and everything ran smoothly. I would certainly recommend their services to others who sadly find themselves in my position.

We would like to personally thank you for the beautiful way you handled our Mum’s funeral. Everything ran extremely smoothly and could not have gone any better. We were thrilled with the driver who drove my Mum to the crematorium and can only praise your team so highly for the care, consideration and compassion they showed to my Mum and her family. We had a feeling of great comfort and reassurance once you arrived at Mum’s and very professionally and respectfully guided us through the day. Once again thank you so very much for your patience, guidance, reassurance and comfort you showed to us during this very difficult time.

On behalf of the family may I pass on our sincere thanks for the way my father’s funeral was undertaken. Your organisation and attention to detail was excellent. We particularly appreciated the opportunity for the Grandsons to carry in the coffin which would have made him very proud. I have heard from several people at the Meeting House that it was the most fitting funeral they had attended.

I just wanted to send you our appreciation for everything you did to help dad’s funeral run as smoothly as it did. The whole family commented on how professional and helpful all the staff from Rosedale have been throughout the whole process. What could have been a much more difficult time was made far easier by you all. The funeral director on the day made it effortless. She knew all the things she needed to advise us of in advance and was able to steer us through the day.

Just a quick note to thank you and all involved in Des’s funeral yesterday. Everything went well, the organisation was perfect, and the celebrant did a very good job with the Service. So, once again, many thanks for everything and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you for the Services provided.

We would just like to pass on our thanks personally to you for making this difficult time less stressful. We were very grateful for your kindness, support and understanding at our time of need. Also thank you for showing such respect and for taking Mum past Ford Place so they could say their final farewells.

The staff could not have been more helpful and respectful, particularly Rhys, an excellent service carried out by well presented staff. I feel the staff at Attleborough went out of their way to meet our needs and I was impressed by their care and consideration.

I would just like to say what a wonderful service I received from Rosedale Funeral Home in Diss for my Fathers funeral last week. My special thanks go to Christian Fairbrother for organising it all. I found him kind, compassionate, understanding and very efficient. I was kept informed at every step of the way regarding all the arrangements. On the day Christian and all the staff were dignified, respectful and kind. On what was a very difficult time Rosedale Funeral Home made it all much easier to cope with for myself and my family. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to say a massive Thank You to Rosedale Funeral Home in Diss for arranging my Dads funeral today. My very special thanks go to Christian Fairbrother who was just amazing from the word go. He was patient, kind and understanding. He showed compassion all the way through and kept me informed every step of the way and I very much appreciated it.
